Simple Holistic Solutions
My Story
I grew up in Japan and the U.S., and now I've resided in the United States for over 30 years.
Currently I live in New Jersey with my husband and my two teenager kids with two cats.

I hold a doctoral degree in piano and run a piano studio at home. I take great pride in my students, who perform at Carnegie Hall every year. Additionally, my daughter is a professional actress with credits including Broadway, TV shows such as Sesame Street, and Netflix movies. To support her professional endeavors, I constantly seek ways to maintain optimal health.

Teaching and helping others bring me joy. However, I've faced my own health struggles—fatigue, shoulder and neck pain, and eye strain, to name a few. I didn't know that I had silent inflammation—a low-grade, chronic condition—since I was young. I tried everything: visiting massage therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists, spending hundreds of dollars; changing my diet, going vegan, and taking various supplements recommended by doctors and chiropractors. At one point, I was even taking 15 different supplements per day, but I wasn't sure if they were truly benefiting my health.
Then, in 2017, I discovered this simple holistic solutions from Japan. Japan boasts the highest life expectancy in the world, and its technology is very advanced. I knew that "Made in Japan" is synonymous with the best quality. After trying it for several weeks, I witnessed results that I hadn't seen with other products.

Now, no more waking up tired, and I have energy all day. I can play tennis without feeling too tired or experiencing muscle aches or elbow pain. My eyes are not tired after using phones and computers, and I did not have to buy the reading glasses. In other words, I feel like I’ve reclaimed my health, and aging doesn't scare me anymore. I look forward to staying healthy for many more years!

I did my own research and discovered that hydrogen water and the supplements work for people with various symptoms. I've shared this with those I care about, and now I want to help more people online.
Let's find IKIGAI, a Japanese philosophy of life purpose and aspirations.
