I was told my labs were normal—but my body didn’t feel that way.
I hold a doctoral degree in piano and run a private studio in New Jersey. Around age 46, during perimenopause, my health began to shift. But even before that, I had struggled for years with fatigue, stiffness, low energy, and occasional vertigo—despite always having “normal” lab results.
I tried many approaches—acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage, supplements—but nothing created lasting change.
Eventually, I came across a simple daily approach that was different from what I had tried before. Over time, something shifted. My energy returned, my mind felt clearer, my vision improved, and I began to feel more like myself again.

With a doctoral background, I’ve always been drawn to research. I became deeply interested in how simple daily practices can support long-term wellness. That journey led me to become a certified hydrogen advisor, as well as an integrative health and functional medicine coach.
Today, at 55, I’m not on any medications and feel healthier than I did years ago. More importantly, I feel in control of my health and confident in how to support my body over time.
